Torrential downpours of rain last weekend didn't help fishing conditions, leaving a coloured Meadow lake for the England Youth Bank Final
But well done to all who caught some fantastic fish
.
Top rod was Angus Cameron returning 8 fish from 6 pegs for 14 points ...
2nd A Iverson with 5 fish from 4 pegs for 9 points
3rd Ben Evans with 4 from 4 for 8 points.
Harry Upton was on catch-up all day after dropping 4 fish on his 1st peg taking 4 fish from 3 pegs for 7 points to come 4th.
Only 2 blanks from 17 anglers with a silly amount of fish being lost today due to the high winds at times.
Best fish was this stunner for Ben Beckwith with Alex Morris returning a double too.
After the match JR landed this 14lb Rainbow where two doubles had previously been landed.
All in all a great day and very well organised by Stu and Corina of the #Anglingtrust a big thanks to Andy Taylor for poping over and handing out some free gear for all the finalists from Greys and Total Flyfisher
