Enjoy nature at this memorable place. Overlooking Marsh Lake at Ellerdine Lakes Trout Fishery. The Otter hut is a place to relax, unwind and enjoy the stunning scenery and wildlife. Enjoy fly fishing, birdwatching and the general peace and quiet in our very rural farm setting. Unwind seeing oystercatchers and kingfishers amongst many other birds and wildlife on the site and beyond. If you want to venture further, we are only 20 mins from Telford centre, Ironbridge or Shrewsbury.

The space

The Otter hut is a surprisingly spacious yet cosy space to relax and unwind overlooking Marsh Lake. Underfloor heating keeps you cosy in the winter and large windows and stable type door can be opened up to make the most of the views and to let in a lovely breeze. You could always sit outside on the patio furniture next to the firepit to cook or just to relax and enjoy the views.

Guest access

The Otter Hut and patio area are your private space. Access around the fishery as a whole is depends on if you are an angler or not. This is for safety reasons. There are designated areas where non anglers can walk safely avoiding back casting.
